ABOUT
I grew up in Montana, shaped by the creeks, rivers, and mountains of this land. Nature has always been my first teacher, and it continues to guide the way I understand healing and belonging.
My early career was devoted to supporting youth — first through a wilderness therapy program for at-risk teens, and later through a nonprofit I founded that focused on youth empowerment, organic agriculture, and deep nature connection. Those years taught me the importance of resilience, community, and the wisdom that emerges when people feel connected to something larger than themselves.
From there, I stepped into the world of men's work, where I’ve been leading and participating in men’s groups for the past decade. This work continues to shape my understanding of healthy masculinity, emotional integrity, and what it means to show up fully in one’s life.
In 2021, I returned to school to complete my master’s degree in mental health counseling. My practice now weaves together relational therapy, somatic awareness, trauma-informed work, and — when appropriate — ketamine-assisted therapy. My approach is grounded, attuned, and guided by the belief that healing unfolds organically when we create the right conditions for it.

Philosophy~
I believe healing happens in relationship with ourselves and with others. We do not heal alone; we heal in the process of being connected with each other- which is why the therapy relationship can be so powerful. I create a compassionate and strong space for your healing and growth to take place.
My healing practice is rooted in the truth that you possess an inner healing intelligence guiding you toward wholeness and your best self. In therapy, I create a space of unconditional love where you can express and explore the whole spectrum of what it means to be you.
My approach is deeply collaborative, honoring that you are the expert of your own life and needs. I am here to walk alongside you, supporting your journey toward self-discovery, authentically and at your own pace.
If you’re ready to step into a deeper relationship with yourself, I’d be honored to walk with you.
